Who we are
Little River Ranch was founded in 2021. The operation run by Cory Vinyard and his wife, Sarah Barber aims to provide grassfed beef and lamb at reasonable prices to the local community. It includes a community composting enterprise that enables area residents to divert food scraps from landfills. Food scraps are transformed into compost available to the community and feed for Little River Ranches flock of laying hens whose eggs are sold to compost customers. Little River Ranch is guided by sustainable principles with the goal of participating in a circular economy that supports the north country.
